How we create community together?
The TMC creates an environment for members to interact with one another on an ongoing basis in order to push themselves and each other to grow their capabilities as talent management professionals. The social network created by members’ relationships with one another enhances their ability to draw upon each other’s talents and support one another in leading talent management functions.
