This session is both an introduction to changing your habits & patterns as a leader, and a primer for how to undertake this work effectively at scale in your organization. But WHY’s this so critically important?

Here’s what’s so important for you – as a TM leader in your organization.

Change acceleration in our environments will continue at rapid rates – driven by not just tech advances, but also by global events, competition, dynamic marketplaces for talent and other factors.
That is, change rates on “the outside” will continue to increase.

Most of us (as successful TM professionals) have achieved a measure of success; we’ve learned how to get to the “zone of performance” where we’re great in our current roles. But how do we continue to drive increases in our PERSONAL rate of change, learning, growth – to address new challenges our orgs will face, and prepare for the role we’ll seek NEXT?
That is, for the change on “the inside”: how are we continuing to drive increases in our personal speed and quality of learning, demonstrating new behaviors & capabilities?
